Hi, we're Craig, Char and Erica of Siphers Family Real Estate since 1966 at EXIT Realty Montana. We work tirelessly for our clients and have been part of the Siphers team since 1962. Well, we were just kids then and Dad became a real estate broker in 1966. We learned from him as well as our wonderful mother. We have a combined real estate experience of over 37 years with an excess of $30 million in real estate transactions in the last 24 months. We have a tremendous passion for real estate rooted in years of working in the family business. We love real estate, showing houses and property and helping you acquire or sell your real estate holdings. Craig, Charline and Eric Siphers were born and raised in western Montana. They grew up in Stevensville, fishing the Bitterroot and tributaries as well as hiking into the Bitterroot Selway wilderness and exploring the many mountain lakes and valleys. Charline even went through the Bob Marshall Wilderness area as a youngster building trails and enjoying the great outdoors.
The Siphers kids are second generation real estate practitioners in western Montana and Erica is now the 3rd generation of committed real estate professionals. The Siphers family has been intimately involved in the sale and development of real estate since 1966 in the Bitterroot. Craig graduated from Duke University and was involved in the family business since returning to the valley in 1984. He has successfully operated or been involved in insurance, financial services, real estate, oil and gas, log home and construction businesses in Montana, North Dakota, Louisiana or Arizona over the past 30 years. Craig has worked with many individuals and corporations to affect beneficial real estate transactions not typical of less experienced practitioners. He has acted as an expert witness in real estate litigation as well as acted as chairman of condemnation and eminent domain actions.
Charline graduated from the University of Montana and has a long background in the service and retail industries and has been a property manager for the past five years with four years in the Missoula market.
Erica also graduated from the University of Montana with degrees in Finance and Accounting. She worked as an audit accountant in Houston on Fortune 500 companies like Baker Hughes and others. She was also a account facilitator for a hard money lender in Idaho as well as a mortgage lender with a regional bank in Montana.
